BG Remove is a small, independent project. We're not actively hiring right now, but we're always open to connecting with people who care about free, privacy-respecting tools.

What we value

• Simplicity. We'd rather ship a small tool that works than an ambitious feature that doesn't.
• Privacy. We don't collect what we don't need. Every feature starts with the question "can this run locally?"
• Honesty. We don't claim to do things we can't do. If a tool has limits, we document them.
• Accessibility. All tools must be keyboard-operable, screen-reader friendly, and usable on low-end devices.

Future roles

When we do hire, we'll likely look for:

• Full-stack developers with ML/AI backend experience
• Frontend developers with a focus on vanilla JavaScript and performance
• Content writers who can explain technical topics simply
• Accessibility specialists
