How to send feedback

Email us at feedback@bgremove.site with:

• The type of feedback (bug, feature request, general)
• The tool or page involved
• What you expected vs. what happened
• Your browser and device (for bugs)
• A screenshot if helpful

What we prioritize

• Bug reports — highest priority. We fix these first.
• Accessibility issues — always addressed.
• Small feature requests — if they fit the tool's purpose and are quick, we consider them.
• Large feature requests — we track these for future planning. Some are on our roadmap.

Response times

We typically respond within 2 business days. We may not respond to every message individually, but we read all of them and prioritize based on impact.
