Downloaded file won't open
Common causes:
- Wrong format extension. Some browsers add the extension automatically. Check the filename.
- Corrupted download. Try downloading again.
- Insufficient storage. Free up space and retry.
PNG vs JPG in downloads
Most tools export PNG. PNG preserves transparency and does not lose quality on re-save. JPG is smaller but does not support transparency and loses quality each time you save it.
Original file is preserved
Your original upload is never modified. Downloaded files are new files. Your original stays wherever you uploaded it from.
Batch downloads
Our tools process one file at a time. To process multiple images, upload each one individually and download each result. Batch processing is on our roadmap.
