1. General information
The information and tools provided by BG Remove at https://www.bgremove.site are for general informational and practical purposes only. While we strive to keep everything accurate and up to date, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the tools, results, or content.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on this website constitutes professional, legal, photographic, or immigration advice. Passport photo outputs from our tools are reference material only. Always verify official requirements directly with the relevant authority before submitting documents.
3. AI accuracy
Our AI background remover is a machine-learning model, not a perfect tool. Results vary with the input image. It performs well on people, products, and animals with distinct edges, but it may produce imperfect results on logos, transparent objects, images with complex overlapping subjects, or photos where the subject and background share similar colors. We do not guarantee that any specific image will be processed to a specific level of quality.
4. Browser-based tools
Browser-based tools (compressor, resizer, cropper, rotator, color picker, passport photo maker, profile picture maker, product photo editor, transparent PNG maker, watermark remover, photo enhancer) run entirely in your browser. Their functionality depends on your device and browser capabilities. Results may differ across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and mobile browsers.
5. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The images you upload or process
- Ensuring you have the legal right to modify those images
- Verifying that the output meets the requirements of any platform, marketplace, or official authority
- Backing up your original images before processing
BG Remove is not responsible for any loss, damage, or rejection of images, applications, or content resulting from use of the tools.
6. External links
The website may contain links to external websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party sites.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The AI background remover depends on a live processing API, which may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to load.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BG Remove and its operators disclaim all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of the website or the tools provided.
