Before you contact support
Many common issues can be resolved quickly:
- Upload fails: Check that your file is under 25 MB and is a JPG, PNG, or WEBP. Try a smaller version of the image.
- Background remover is slow or errors: The API may be under load. Try again in a minute. All other tools work independently.
- Download does not start: Check your browser's download permissions. On iOS, files save to the Files app.
- Result looks wrong: For complex backgrounds, the AI sometimes misses edges. Try a different crop first. For solid backgrounds, try the transparent PNG maker.
Response times
We typically reply within 2 business days. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" in your subject line. We cannot provide 24/7 support at this time.
